The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services is publishing the new edition of its Form I-129CW, Petition for a CNMI-Only Nonimmigrant Worker, on June 18, 2020 [PDF version]. The new Form I-129CW is part of revisions to the CW1 nonimmigrant category in the interim final rule implementing the Northern Mariana Islands U.S. Workforce Act of 2018. Starting on June 18, the USCIS will only accept the 06/18/20 edition of the Form I-129CW. This means that the USCIS will reject any older edition of the Form I-129CW postmarked on or after June 18, 2020.
