Texas Service Center To Begin Processing L Visa Petitions On February 12, 2018

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that the Texas Service Center will begin processing Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker petitions for L nonimmigrant classification on February 12, 2018 [PDF version]. As of February 12, the Vermont Service Center will no longer process any L nonimmigrant petitions.
